About

MEET George

Grandfather, father, husband, and respected Jackson County attorney. Raised by an auto-industry laborer father and a hardworking mother, George learned the value of a dollar and the necessity of grit early on. When unexpected family tragedy hit, George worked multiple low-wage jobs just to get by, but it was the blessing of becoming a father that ignited his focus. He put himself through law school and spent the last three decades proving that, through faith and perseverance, any obstacle can be overcome.

For nearly 30 years, George has worked in the courtrooms of Jackson County, 14 additional Michigan counties, and other state and federal courts.

George and his wife Mary, a lifelong Jackson resident, have lived in Summit Township since 1999, where they raised their children and are now proud grandparents.

30 Years in Jackson County Courtrooms

Dedicated to Fair Justice

As George has grown as a lawyer, he’s represented thousands and thousands of people from Jackson County in our district court, circuit court, probate court, other state courts, federal courts, and both Michigan and federal appeals courts. This broad-based practice strengthened his deep appreciation of the rule of law, and love for our Constitution.

He's Earned That Grey Beard

Struggle is a part of life. George thought he knew struggle when he overcame being a high school dropout and made it to becoming a lawyer. In the decades since he first worked as a young lawyer, he’s walked with thousands of Jackson County citizens in their personal struggles to be better people. With the privilege of representing and counseling his fellow Jacksonians these many years, he’s learned we can fix what can be fixed and heal what can be healed.
